This a seldom-seen tunic with black piping and especially having the rank and insignia on the tunic too. The 1938 Anschluss medal is also on the tunic. Unfortunately, it looks to have been poorly stored with heavy damage in the armpit area and on the back. Also, the cuffs are missing but that can be reapplied if you want to.
